If you still don’t believe these images, you can look up these parcel numbers on the various county assessor websites, or by calling them, to check that this land has indeed been transferred from our name to our buyer’s name on or about the date noted on the file stamp (or even a subsequent buyer if the land has been re-sold by our buyer).

NOTE:  These are just a small sample of transfers done in each County and State.  This does NOT represent every Deed transfer that has been completed.   Also, if the Deed was filed recently, please allow up to 30 days or more in some Counties for their records to reflect the name change.
